Create a Media Plan on Paved

Learn how to set up newsletter sponsorships in bulk and secure the best deals.

Paved, the world's largest email advertising platform, makes planning and booking newsletter sponsorships easy. You can create your own media plan or request a custom one tailored to your brand.

This guide walks you through both options.


Request a Custom Media Plan

Short on time? Our ad experts will create a custom media plan based on your target audience.


To request a media plan:

  1. Log in to your Paved Advertiser account.

  2. Click Request a Media Plan.

  3. Complete the short survey (about 1 minute).

That's it! Your custom media plan will be sent to your inbox. You can view and manage it here.


Book a Media Plan

Want to schedule multiple sponsorships at once? A Media Plan lets you book newsletter ads in bulk—ideal for agencies or teams planning the next few months or quarters.

To create a media plan:

  1. Click your profile name and select Media Plans.

  2. Click Create Media Plan.

  3. Name your plan and click Get Started.

  4. Choose a date range for your sponsorships.

  5. Click Add Sponsorship to choose newsletters.

  6. Repeat until you've selected all the newsletters you want.

  7. Review pricing in the sidebar.

  8. Click Book All Sponsorships.

  9. Write a brief message to publishers about your promotion.

  10. Confirm your request by checking the box.

  11. Click Confirm.


Add Teammates to Your Media Plan

Invite colleagues or clients to collaborate and track progress.

To share your media plan:

  1. Click your profile name and select Media Plans.

  2. Click the three-dot icon, then select Invite.

  3. Enter your teammate's name and contact info.

  4. Click Send Invitation.


Manage Your Media Plan

After booking, publishers typically respond within two business days with creative requirements and additional details.

To check or update your media plan:

  1. Click your profile name and select Media Plans.

  2. Click your media plan name to view sponsorship details.
