Connect Paved to Your ESP

Learn how to integrate your ESP with Paved and get the "Verified" stats badge on your Booker page.

Link your email service provider (ESP) with Paved for effortless sponsor engagement.

Our direct ESP integration authenticates your newsletter analytics, earning you a Verified Badge to enhance your credibility instantly.


In this article, you'll learn how to connect your ESP to Paved and set up the integration to sync data to your Paved account.


Integrate Paved with your ESP

When you integrate Paved with your email provider, you will pass analytics data from one platform to the other.

Follow these steps to integrate your ESP with Paved.

1. Sign in to your Paved publisher account and go to your Profiles page.

2. Click the Options drop-down menu next to the active profile you want to work with, and select Edit Profile.

3. In the left sidebar, click ESP Connection.

4. Click Get Started, and select your ESP.

5. Follow the prompts to enter your ESP login credentials and/or API key.

How to Find Your API Key:

Go to Settings > Developer > API Access.

Note: the account name should be without protocol.

Go to Settings > Integrations > API > New API Key.

Go to Settings > Advanced. Click Show to reveal your API Secret. Next, paste the secret into Paved.

Sign in and head to API Documentation > Generate Key.

Go to Tools > Integrations and API > API > Generate API key.

Go to Integrations > Mailerlite API > Use > Generate New Token.

Go to Integrations > Developer API > Use

To copy your Master API Key, go to Account Settings > Account Information > Master API Key & Sub API key management.

Click SMTP & API > API keys > Generate a new API key.


Under Security, make sure this switch is turned OFF:
"Brevo automatically authorizes unknown IP addresses on your behalf"

6. Click Agree & Continue.

7. Use the checkboxes to select which newsletter's data you'd like to send to Paved, and click Next.

All set! Your ESP is officially synced with Paved. Check out your new Verified Badge on your Booker Page:


View ESP Integration Status

To check the status of your integration:

  1. Go to Profile > Options > Edit Profile > ESP.

  2. View your integration details, newsletter data, and more.

To pause the integration, you can click Stop Data Import anytime.

The ESP integration doesn't include my provider yet, what should I do?
If your Email Service Provider (ESP) is not integrated with Paved, don’t worry—you can still participate in our platform.

  • Go to the ‘Newsletter Settings’ section in your Profile.

  • Manually enter your newsletter metrics, such as subscriber count and engagement statistics.

  • Regularly update these metrics to ensure they are accurate for potential sponsors.

This will help maintain the integrity of your data when sponsors consider your newsletter for their campaigns.

What ESP data is shared with Paved?
