If your newsletter is on the Paved Ad Network and you want to control geotargeting for the ads, just update the country in your ad unit's HTML code.
Update Your Ad Unit's Geotargeting
Go to the Code step of Ad Network Setup.
Scroll to the HTML Code section and click Copy Code.
Append the ISO alpha 2 country code you want to target to your serving URL.
Add the updated HTML code to your newsletter.
Example:
In this example, we've updated the ad to only show in the UK (UCC code=gb).
